I am a passionate and logical counselor who takes pride in being a responsible and orderly individual. With strong organizational and coordination skills, I excel at planning and managing tasks effectively, ensuring seamless execution. I value fairness and strive to create balanced solutions in all my endeavors. My enthusiasm for personal and professional growth drives me to constantly seek opportunities to learn and embrace new experiences. Dedicated to making a positive impact, I approach challenges with a thoughtful mindset and a willingness to adapt, fostering growth in both myself and those I work with.

With over half a decade of counseling practice, I have served as a research partner in Project Empathy, contributing to initiatives aimed at promoting mental health and well-being. My work includes conducting workshops on mental health and counseling in educational institutions in and around Kohima, where I have helped raise awareness and provide guidance to students, educators, and communities. Through these efforts, I have gained extensive experience in addressing diverse mental health challenges and fostering a supportive environment for individuals in need. My commitment to mental health advocacy continues to inspire my approach to creating meaningful and lasting change.
